- Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin processing it.
- Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days. This includes verifying your order details, preparing your ghee for shipment, and packaging it securely.
2. Shipping Time:
- We aim to deliver your order within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Please note that business days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping method selected (if applicable), and unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical issues.
3. Shipping Area:
- We currently offer delivery across India. You can check if your location is eligible for delivery during checkout.
4. Shipping Charges:
- We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹500. A flat shipping fee of ₹50 will be applied to all orders below ₹500.
5. Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if available from the shipping carrier).
- You can use this tracking number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
6. Delivery Attempts:
- Our delivery partners will typically make multiples attempts to deliver your order.
- If you are unavailable to receive the delivery, please make arrangements for someone to receive it on your behalf or contact the shipping carrier to reschedule the delivery.
- If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us, and you may be responsible for additional shipping charges for reshipment.

- Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of placing your order.
- We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

- If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (e.g., photos of the damaged package and products).
- We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action, which may include a replacement or refund.
